Prescriptions can be ordered:
- using the online prescription ordering service: www.patientaccess.com
- by telephoning the dedicated prescription line- 028 2563 1544
- in person at reception
The prescription line is now an answering machine. It is open 24 hours, please leave your name, address, DOB, medication needed and the chemist to which the script is to go to.
When prescriptions are ready they can be collected from the surgery or can be sent by the courier service to a chemist of your choice. The practice is no longer faxing prescription if your chosen pharmacy is outside the Ballymena area you will have to ask that pharmacy when the next time they will pick up prescriptions is. Please note it takes 48 hours to process a repeat request.
Patients who require an acute prescription should dial 028 2564 3111 and select option 2.
